Butterfly Tennis Club - new online booking system

Thank you to all members who came to the committee meeting last night. You will have seen the new booking system which we will be replacing Yahoo with effect from 22 October 2014. Please use your log in details below to check out the system and get comfortable with it by trying to book courts for dates before 22 October. During this period, the Yahoo system will still be the official booking system, but from 22 October all bookings should be shown on the new system and Yahoo will be retired. The new online booking system allows you to book up to 21 days prior (each day at 7am, a new "booking sheet" is automatically added to the system). However, as per the Club's booking rules, you can only have one "live/future" booking in the system at any one time. In other words, you can book another court as soon as you're done playing your previous booking. As the booking sheets are organised in 30-minute time-slots, a "booking" consists of up to 3 x 30 minutes on the same day or 4 x 30 minutes if playing with another member. Please click the following link to go to the booking system website. http://butterflytennis.mycourts.co.uk Your password was computer-generated from a list of random words, you can change your password when you login to the system (click "My Settings"), but please note that this password is visible to administrators, so do not use one you use elsewhere. Please read the complete booking rules on the following page. http://butterflytennis.mycourts.co.uk/booking_rules.asp Should you have any questions, please contact Kate de Lima, who has kindly agreed to help out with the transition at katedelima9@yahoo.co.uk , or me. Best regards Hugh Brown Chair Butterfly Tennis Club
